E-Learning Application to Meet Special Needs in the K-12 Education of Korea
To meet the economical and the educational challenges of the new age, the Korean government has implemented two e-learning policies since 2004; one uses an educational TV broadcasting system and the other one a Cyber Home Learning System that incorporates Internet and Web sites. Prof. Song will describes how the Korean government has applied these two e-learning systems to alleviate the aforementioned special social needs of K-12 education and the implications to other countries.
