ONLINE AND BLENDED EDUCATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT

In this session Dr. Frank will review what information and data, qualitative and quantitative, are available to indicate whether the excitement over the promise of internet learning was justified. He will also address the prognosis, looking ahead, for continued progress, world-wide, in internet learning.
