Six Challenges for Higher Education in the world of Technology-Enhanced Learning

In this session Prof Terry will describe the challenges for Higher Education in the UK and how that reflects a number of changes , especially the way learners now interact with both materials and people through technology.
The debates can be presented as six challenges for policy. For each challenge I consider the opportunity for technology-enhanced learning .I will briefly consider current research evidence, and reflect on the cultural context that shapes the debate.

He is an Emeritus Professor at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. He is currently engaged as a consultant by the UK Higher Education Academy and is an advisor for the Scottish Higher Education Quality Assurance Agency.
