A Layer Model for e-Learning Design: Integration scheme of instructional design techniques for quality e-Learning
This talk describe a layer model to design e-learning as a scheme to integrate various instructional design techniques and models proposed until today in order to enhance quality of e-learning in five
prospective. It is to achieve the followings: No Pain, No Deception, Easy to use, Easy to Learn, and Willing to Learn. An example from Japanese online graduate course will be introduced and examined using the layer model to show how the model can be applied to design high quality e-learning program.
